STAFF POLICY:


Staff at ARGO is broken down into two specific categories.

Plot staff runs events, RP sessions, plot submissions, and between game interactions. Plot staff must NPC every event they remain on staff, as well as two events after leaving a staff position. All event runners must be plot staff.

Administration staff help with paperwork, check in/out, opening ceremonies, new player training, and website work. Administration staff may PC or NPC as they wish.

A person may be considered a staff member in both categories.

Staff members gain benefits by working to better the chapter through donations of time and resources. These donations are made by offering equipment or items to the chapter, NPCing, plot writing, etc. Staff members do not receive staff blankets, equipment, or other such items. Staff members do however gain benefits from NPCing, such as formal magic levels, but these are the same as any other player. Staff members receive no discounts on events, and are still subject to door and clean up fees.

ARGO believes people should be rewarded based on effort, rather than a generic sum. This should promote growth in the game, as well as maintaining productivity within the staff.
